Marriage compatibility is too big a question for one number. Here are eight independent classical checks together, each explained in full below.

Six plain questions, each answered from the checks below. Green, amber or red is a tendency, not a verdict, and the full charts are best read with an astrologer.
Each chart is read on its own for the promise of marriage (the 7th house, its lord, the marriage karaka and the Navamsa), and for the dasha periods that favour marriage — shown with from and to dates, and where both charts are active together. Indications, not predictions; an astrologer should confirm them.
The dasha opens a window. The transit picks the time. Here Jupiter and Saturn are followed through the years: a "double transit" is a stretch in which both influence the 7th house or its lord, and the periods where this meets a favourable dasha are a supporting sign. These are indications, not predictions.
Each chart is read on its own for six ways of relating — warmth, emotional steadiness, assertiveness, communication, wisdom and responsibility — and shown side by side in the same words for both of you. This is not about the pair's match; it shows what each person brings to a relationship. Tendencies, never a verdict.
Children, home and the extended family, money and family, and fortune — each read from each chart on its own and shown side by side. These are indications from the charts, not predictions; an astrologer should always see the full picture.
The Saptamsa (D7) is the chart of children. Each chart is read on its own — the birth chart and the Saptamsa side by side — and the dasha periods ruled by the significators of children are shown with from and to dates. These are indications, not predictions, and not medical advice.
For each dosha or weak planet: what it is, what it can mean for the marriage, whether a parihar (cancellation) already applies, and simple upay. These are tendencies from the charts, not verdicts — an astrologer should always see the full picture.

The South-Indian method (Porutham) gives special weight to four checks on the two Moon nakshatras. They sit beside the 36-point score, not inside it.
A separate, more detailed Nakshatra technique from the one behind the 3-point Tara Koota above. The full classical 9-fold Navtara cycle, read in both directions. Use it as an additional cross-check, not a contradiction of the Ashtakoot score.

Each partner's Moolank (birth number) and Bhagyank (destiny number), read from their date of birth, and how they align with each other's — an additional, independent check alongside the birth-chart-based systems above.
The classical mainstream Vedic method — the 7th house lord and Venus (the karaka/significator of marital happiness) for each partner, and where each partner's Lagna lord sits.
The 7th house's sub-lord and which houses it connects to — in KP, a 7th cusp tied to the 6th/8th/12th houses (dispute, separation, hidden strain) is read as a caution sign, while a tie to the 2nd/7th/11th houses (family, partnership, gains) is supportive.
Each partner's 2nd, 7th, 8th, 11th and 12th houses (family, spouse, in-laws/crisis, gains, and marital pleasure) checked against well-known classical Lal Kitab planet combinations.
A simplified BNN-inspired reading — each partner's marriage-karaka (Venus, and Jupiter as the classical husband-karaka) and its conjunctions, plus which house each partner's Moon falls in from the other's Moon (who gains, and who feels the strain). Not full classical BNN, which uses its own dedicated charts and dasha timing.
How this is combined: Ashtakoot Guna Milan (section 1) is the primary, most widely-used classical marriage-matching method. The other checks (Navtara, Numerology, Parashari, KP, Lal Kitab, BNN) are supplementary cross-checks from different traditions, shown separately above so you can see exactly where they agree or differ — they are counted together as a transparency signal, not blended into one weighted "super-score", and a single check flagging caution is never treated as decisive on its own.
This report combines eight traditional Vedic techniques — Ashtakoot Guna Milan, Mangal Dosha, Nakshatra-based Navtara Chakra, birth-number numerology, Parashari Jyotish, KP Astrology, Lal Kitab and a simplified Bhrigu Nandi Nadi reading. It is informational only — a full compatibility assessment should also weigh Dosha cancellations, overall chart strength, and a qualified astrologer's judgement.
